Day To Relax At Riverside RV Park

The day started out gray and gloomy just as predicted.  I decided to make Beef Burgundy in the Crock Pot.  As the day went on, it would rain off and on then the sun would come out briefly.  I baked Lemon Cream Cheese Pound Cake for our enjoyment over the next few days. The day wore on, gray and overcast, we were happy to play cards, nap and relax. We did see a beautiful Blue Bird.

 Tomorrow is a new day and we plan to go see Bryce Canyon in the sun.
